At Boutique Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
